Danielle Roman

I am a Retired U.S. Navy Veteran with 22 Years of Active and Reserve time under my belt, both as an enlisted member for 13 years and an Officer for the last 9 years of my military career. During my military service I worked in Logistics and Operations which led me to the New Jersey Department of Transportation in January 2021 as the Assistant Division Director of North Region. Leading 350+ Sailors as a Battalion Operations Department Head provided the foundation and experience needed for the Department. I absolutely LOVE Operations and managing the day-to-day functions involved with 21 maintenance yards, 3 Electrical yards, 4 equipment garages, and a full engineering division which makes for an interesting, different, challenging, exciting day (especially during Winter Storms).
