Idaho Transportation Department
216 South Date Street Shoshone, ID 83352
Short Bio: I have been working for the Idaho Transportation Department for 8 years. I started out as an Engineer-in-Training in design and construction inspection. I moved around to experience several different sections in the department to gain experience. Over the course of several years, I received my P.E. license and was the project manager of several projects from “cradle to grave”. This gave me the perspective of how a project is started in the planning stage through all the paperwork that needs to be closed out after the project is compete.
In November 2019, I was selected to be the Operations Engineer over the South Central Idaho area. We have nearly 2,321 lane miles of Interstate and State Highways. We also have 290 bridges. My Operations team includes nearly 100 personnel including technicians, mechanics, facility manager, and fleet manager.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Idaho State University in 2011.
