Honestly the biggest thing has been confidence. It’s said that you get from life as much as you put in, and despite feeling nervous about being much younger and earlier on in my career than the rest of the class, I tried my best to put my ideas and myself out there. I found that people from many different backgrounds valued and engaged with my input, and it’s given me the sense that I might have a lot more to contribute than I thought I did.
