The Operations Academy program has provided me with a well-rounded TSMO education. The lessons and experience I have learned have been extremely valuable and have given me the confidence to take on more responsibility within my agency and be a more capable TSMO advocate. Additionally, the networking and relationships I built with my peers are invaluable.
