Program Fees

Program Fee: $3,909

Food and Lodging: $1,125 (Federal Per Diem rates – see details below)

Total Fees: $5,034

 

Cancellation: All program fees will be due by July 11, 2025, 8 weeks after notification of acceptance into the program.  Any cancellation must be received by July 25, 2025 in order to receive a refund of all fees, less a non-refundable amount of $750. No refund of any fees will be granted if cancellation occurs after July 25, 2025.

 

Lodging:  Food and lodging for 5 days: $1,125

Food and Lodging details: Participants will check in on Sunday, October 19, 2025 and dinner will be included.  Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner will be provided Monday, October 20, 2025 through Thursday, October 23, 2025, except for dinner on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.  Dinner that night is on your own in downtown Annapolis. Breakfast and snacks will be provided on Friday, October 24, 2025.

Please note: Travel to and from Annapolis, MD is the responsibility of each participant and their agency.  

*The Operations Academy will be held at the Historic Inns of Annapolis which is 30 minutes from the BWI airport and the BWI Amtrak station.
