Cancellation: All program fees will be due on July 28, 2023, 7 weeks after notification of acceptance into the program. Any cancellation must be received by July 29, 2023 which is 60 days prior to the start of the program, in order to receive a refund of all fees, less a non-refundable amount of $500. No refund of any fees will be granted if cancellation occurs with less than 60 days prior to the start of the program.
Lodging: Food and lodging for 5 1/2 days: $1,023
Food and Lodging details: Participants will check in on Sunday, November 5, 2023 and dinner will be included. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner will be provided Monday, November 6, 2023 through Thursday, November 9, 2023 (4 full days). Breakfast and snacks will be provided on Friday, November 10, 2023. This fee also includes complimentary use of recreational facilities (indoor pool, fitness center, game room, free laundry facilities), complimentary parking, and free shuttle service to/from BWI airport and BWI Amtrak station.
Please note: Travel to and from the Baltimore, MD* area is the responsibility of each participant and their agency.
*The Operations Academy will be held at the Maritime Institute which is 10 minutes from the BWI airport and the BWI Amtrak station.
