Program Fees

Program Fee: $3,909

Since the Operations Academy will be delivered in a VIRTUAL environment for the October/November 2021 event, the program fee is the only fee required.

Cancellation: All program fees will be due 8 weeks after notification of acceptance into the program (August 20, 2021). Any cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the start of the program (August 26, 2021) to receive a refund of all fees, less a non-refundable amount of $500. No refund of any fees will be granted if cancellation occurs with less than 60 days prior to the start of the program.


The information below is for the in-person version of the Operations Academy and does NOT apply for the October/November 2021 Program.  

Lodging:  Food and lodging for 11 days: $2,106 (not required for 2020 program)

Food and Lodging includes: Dinner and breakfast for each night of lodging, lunch and breaks each program day, complimentary use of recreational facilities (indoor pool, fitness center, game room, free laundry facilities), complimentary parking, and free shuttle service to/from BWI airport and BWI Amtrak station.

Please note: Travel to and from the Baltimore, MD* area is the responsibility of each participant and their agency.  

*The Operations Academy will be held at the Maritime Institute which is 10 minutes from the BWI airport and the BWI Amtrak station.
